Students and their guardians can ask their Advisors for tech support first. Anything they can't resolve will be passed along to BPP technicians. You can email [email protected] to directly reach them. Chromebooks are replaced or issued by El Centro's front office. All previously issued chromebooks must be returned to receive a new one.
